was very excited to receive this product and try it out. I did have to pay extra just to have the bluetooth/wifi function, which really doesn't work. I understand that some streaming companies may block screen mirroring to other devices because of drm, which I fully understand. My problem with the company is not only did I reach out to their customer support because I was unhappy with their product, but I tried multiple things to try and get this thing to work, I even used an HDMI cable from my laptop to the projector and it still wouldn't stream from Hulu or Netflix. The response I got back from the company's customer support basically told me I was wrong, and I have no right to be angry or upset. the name of the person who is handling my issue through their "customer support" is Joanna. I understand people get angry, I understand that people are working at these customer service jobs, but not once have I ever been told that what I tried already was wrong and I didn't do it right and I don't deserve to be angry and upset and have an attitude. I am more than happy to include screen captures of the emails so far, of course blocking out any personal info beforehand, email, name, number. It was very difficult to find this company's information, I couldn't find a phone number, I couldn't find an email that wasn't a customer support email. This business seems very shady, and I wish I had known this before I had made any kind of purchase. But of course, they pay to have good reviews made for their products.
