I received a call from a Parma, Ohio number and they left me a threatening text that i was to be served a summons the next day at work. If I did not respond they would contact my HR dept. and ask if they needed a Sherriff present while they serve me. Oh, and I was to be sure to bring my valid ID to receive the summons!

When I called this "scam artist JOSH T*****" he told me i could settle a debt with him for half price! (A debt NEVER incurred!)

I called the original number from Parma, Ohio and this woman answered "Dispatch" Lol! I asked to schedule an Uber!

I called my County Clerk of Courts and they stated "We never call and forewarn of a Summons! This is a scam that in fact happened to me she said!!" Unbelievable...

I hope this helps the next victim, just don't get caught up paying a terrorist for something you didn't do!
