oredered item online, received a confirmation and a follow up "thank you" email. Never received tracking info, so after two weeks sent email requesting an ujpdate. Received an apology email with assurance that they would follow up and let me know - never received one. Sent another email requesting update and have not received anything futher. I'm usually more careful than this, but they have a very legitimate looking webstie. ... DO NOT USE!
