I placed an order for a hoodie from Highest Tendency on 12/06/24, and the company initially provided a shipping estimate of 2-3 weeks. However, the shipping date kept getting pushed back multiple times. I reached out to their customer service for updates, but they ignored my inquiries, or continued to delay the shipping process without providing a valid reason.

As of today, 3-05-25, I have not received my order, nor have I been given a tracking number or a refund. The company has failed to fulfill its promise of delivering the product I paid for, and I now believe this to be a scam. There are multiple reports from other customers experiencing similar issues, indicating a pattern of fraudulent behavior.

I am requesting a full refund for my order and an investigation into Highest Tendency’s business practices to prevent other consumers from being scammed.
