I received product-Higher Chose product infrared sauna blanket, the remote control does not work asking for full refund purchase price $189.00. After two weeks of the run around from the company advisor, he only wants to pay me $50 for the faulty remote control. In the refund policy it states "Refunds & exchanges, you can return it for a refund w/in 30 days of placing your order provided the goods are in the same condition as when you received them" . The manager requested a video to be sent to him and I did that, and now wants to make a deal with me, only refunding me $50.
