I ordered an item online through the web and was sent a confirmation almost immediately they email. I communicated through email since every time I tried to call it would go to the overstock customer service instead. I have never received the merchandise and my bank could not refund me because I used an amazon gift card as recommended by the website. Amazon would not refund me because the money was actually received even through the product was never received. At this point I am just ou the money and no one would help me
