We called 6/24/19 due to our refrigerator problem. technician Ed came out.. didn't even need to look at the fridge,he just took my story of what was wrong..if I wanted it repaired (the fridge just passed it's warranty) then I needed to give a 450 deposit. He ordered the part and came back the following day ..he completed the work and told me 100%repaired..GAURANTEED! So I provided the additional 416$ . Soo later that evening I went food shopping... several hours later..the fridge was still warm..I called them immediately in the morning..he came back after 4 pm with another technician.. spent another 2 hours..when he finally said...the fridge was full of water now and would take several days to evaporate....I had the feeling that he did something terribly wrong...but then he also said..I could get a new refrigerator and that he would REFUND me.. I didn't want him coming back to mess with it AGAIN..I went out immediately to buy a new fridge and called them back that very night to tell them what I decided and I would be expecting a refund...well I called them almost every other day for approximately 4 weeks now and NOBODY is getting back to me or they never answer..I've even called from different numbers.
