I purchased a windspinner from HiddenGem.store (sponsored ad on facebook) on December 2, 2020. Their website indicated that they were based in USA and that items would be shipped within 2 days after confirmation of order. On December 8 I found out that the company is in China and estimated delivery would be January 15, 2021. Via email correspondence with [email protected], I cancelled my order and HiddenGem.store stated they would give a FULL refund within 6 weeks.

To date, HiddenGem.store has not refunded my $69.98. The windspinner was purchased through PayPal to my credit card. Numerous emails over the next months to HiddenGem.store are unanswered. I attempted to file a dispute claim through PayPal and my credit card but so far neither have helped me with my dispute.
