And then NOTHING..no further shipping progress. Bob called me back and I missed the call. He sounded like a legit person but ever since I missed the call I haven't been able to get back in touch. My emails were responded to three times but each time my question of where is the scooter did it ship went ignored. I'm on the verge of losing belief that they are legit

Made an order for electric scooter off Amazon and then I seen the scooter without the HIBOY sticker for 280 when I paid 420.

I was looking for electric scooters and saw their ad on Facebook. I click on it and ordered couple scooters. However, I want to make some changes to my order, I emailed them but no respond, I asked them to call me and they didn’t. I tried to look up their contract number and call them up, I then realized they don’t have a phone number posted on their website, nor a physical address here in the US. A website with no address nor phone number (I assume they don’t have a business registration neither) and the only way of contacting them is by email and they don’t respond to customers’ email, this kind of business practices are not acceptable. I am worrying that I might get scammed.
