These guys are a rip off. I initially contacted them to fix a printer problem. They said there were some issues with my computer to printer and would need to repair it for around $2,000 and if they did it was good for all my devices and i would never have to do anything again. then a few months later I had another computer issue they said they needed to install an additional fire wall and it would protect me for life and In would never need to do any thing again it cost me around $3,000. Just last week 0f 4/3/2023. They contacted me for a monthly computer check up said my fire wall was damaged and they needed to install a new fire wall for $3,000 and it was the best and I would never have any issues with my devices again. I ignored all there attempts to do he work and took it to a local computer repair company . They did a check up and clean up for $200 and said my fire wall was fine and there were no problems.
THESE GUYS ARE A SCAM DO NOT USE THEM OR LET THEM HAVE REMOTE ACESS TO ANY OF YOUR DEVICES. THEY ARE OUT OF INDIA

They refuse to put what you paid for in writing. When they charged me something I had already paid for and I complained. The technician called ,on his private line, and abused me. My computer showed no signs of corruption yet they told me everything was corrupted and installed a new windows. Buyer beware, they lied and said their headquarters's in Long Island but they are in India. They all use false American names and try and convince you to pay for additional services that are already provided in a oral agreement. The absolutely refuse to give me anything in writing. This is a total scam

I suspect this is a big scam they lied about the services that were installed. what really happened was they deleted all protections and installed their spyware. They charged for services but they said credit card sites were down and wanted it directly from the ATM.
