I’m still trying to collect $1250 from this scammer. In May of 2012 (yep, 10 years ago), I paid him $1,250 to install 2 sliding windows in my living room. The 2 windows together are standard size, about 6 feet wide by 4 feet deep. I’ve taken him to small claims court and won. He didn’t show up, even though he was served. I’ve put a notice to the Better Business Bureau and also contacted Lisa Madigan. I’m posting this because I don’t anyone else to be scammed by this scammer. Last knows business address for Jeffery T. COMPLETE FRAUD. Promises work to be done on homes. Takes deposits and runs. I personally know 3 individuals that have collectively lost over $100,000 to this person. The scammers name is Jeffery Aponte from Dyer Indiana.
