I never received my device and until today, I’ve been chasing Heysilkyskin for a refund. The customer service is the crappiest with promises of replies but no actual replies. It is a scam…they take your money then disappear. Very disrespectful and disappointing and I’ve made it a point to keep escalating until I get my refund. Stealing money from customers and not sending them a product is unacceptable and fraudulent and criminal!

I bought this product and once I received the item it broke after a few uses. I sent this company an e-mail stating what had happened and I had to show video proof of the handset not working. They then sent me another handset and that also stopped working after using it twice. They offer a 90 Day money back Guarantee if you are not satisfied. Well, I have been asking for months for a refund and they ignore your e-mails and wait for you to either forget or wait until 90 days are up. I ordered my first handset in May and it's now October and still no refund . This company sells garbage and I was fooled into spending $140 on a device worth about $5.

ordered product, they did not deliver, but took $. Unable to get ahold of anyone in the company. Only auto responses after numerous attempts to contact. They are on Facebook with plenty of reviews. When I post to the Facebook ad, they remove my questions.
