This product was advertised on Instagram under the account @heyshape. It comes through feeds as sponsored ads. There are numerous reports of customers purchasing their products on their website and not receiving anything. The communications from the company are stilted and sound like AI or bots. There’s no phone number on their website and the mailing address lists Lightbuzz E-Commerce LLC as the company title. They sell primarily body suits intended to “enhance” a person’s body shape and make it easier to fasten tight clothing. Their ads are appealing because they do not use stereotypical models. They feature “real” looking women who do not have an “ideal” body type, and they claim that these ad models are actual customers. So you think you are seeing a testimonial from someone just like you.

I then messaged them on their social media. Again, no response or resolution and still have not received the items I purchased.

I purchased two shape wears from this website on March 9th for $53.86. They said my order would arrive within 5-7 business days but it took 10 business days. They sent a tracking number so I could track my order. It said the package would be delivered on 3/23. I was at home and waited for it. I checked the status again and it said it was delivered at 11:02 am. I opened my door saw nothing, went to my mailbox and saw nothing. I immediately emailed them to tell them what happened. They responded the next day and asked me to clarify what happened so I told them again and asked for them to either refund or send again. They never responded. I emailed again. No response. Then I called my credit card company to get a refund and when I did that, they reached out to me and said that it looks like I’m asking for a refund but my order was delivered on 3/23. Please cancel the request as it will help us out tremendously. They are obviously getting my previous emails but are choosing not to respond. I responded back to the email and told them again what happened and that I would not cancel the request with my bank and that I’d report them to the better business bureau. Thank you.
