I placed an online order with HeyShape via their website on March 30. I never received a confirmation email of my purchase. I emailed their support and did not receive any response or resolution. I then messaged them on their social media. Again, no response or resolution and still have not received the items I purchased.

I purchased two shape wears from this website on March 9th for $53.86. They said my order would arrive within 5-7 business days but it took 10 business days. They sent a tracking number so I could track my order. It said the package would be delivered on 3/23. I was at home and waited for it. I checked the status again and it said it was delivered at 11:02 am. I opened my door saw nothing, went to my mailbox and saw nothing. I immediately emailed them to tell them what happened. They responded the next day and asked me to clarify what happened so I told them again and asked for them to either refund or send again. They never responded. I emailed again. No response. Then I called my credit card company to get a refund and when I did that, they reached out to me and said that it looks like I’m asking for a refund but my order was delivered on 3/23. Please cancel the request as it will help us out tremendously. They are obviously getting my previous emails but are choosing not to respond. I responded back to the email and told them again what happened and that I would not cancel the request with my bank and that I’d report them to the better business bureau. Thank you.

I noticed that the two products I received the quality of one of the products was poor and the other one was in better condition. I contacted customer service to inform them of the quality of the material and if I can exchange it but I keep getting a computerized repeat message. See below:

Ordered a product from HeyShape. Have been receiving multiple emails about the product delivery delay, still have not received product. Researched for contact information, no phone number was found. Searched company address and address states business is closed, HeyShape doesn’t provide a valid address. Searched online for other people who may have issues with this company and confirmed that this company is fraudulent.
