a product was advertised with results with a money back guarantee. Their return policy says they want you to use for full 180 days and if not satisfied, you would receive refund...however, the product is a one month supply and requires a 6 month subscription ($360 in my case) to 'qualify' for the promised refund. After using the product for 4 months with no results, I reached out. They reviewed the policies and said to contact them after 180 days.

I didn't feel that purchasing MORE of the product in order to get a refund so I waited until 180 days and then reached out again.

Since I had not purchased 6 bottles (180 day suppy), I could not be offered a refund.

I am aware that purchasing supplements is risky but the money back guarantee is very misleading. I am curious if any persons who made it 180 day and requested a refun actually got a full refund for all the products purchased.

Thank you for looking into this. Website says this product was featured on TV but they don't list an address on their website. I find that fishy.
