I ordered 3 pairs of shoes 10/2021 , contacted support by email because that's all they have available. Kept being told to wait patiently about 6 weeks later I finally received a tracking number. The tracking# they gave me was UPS tracking number for a package from Amazon that had no relation to me nor my order with the company. They gave me fake tracking. I've requested refund$93.93 several times and haven't received it. It's 1/12 and they refuse to respond to my emails now. The website still says order is unfulfilled.

I ordered shoes from what I thought was heydudeusashoes.com and it took my to a whole other website that used the name heydudesoutlets.com. I received the product and they smelled like horrible chemicals and didn't have the hey dude name on them anywhere and didn't fit me. So I went on to ask to return cause I'm not satisfied with the product and they said I can't return them and that I can sell them or give them as a gift. And offered me a $25 refund when I spent $83 on them.
