Ad for Hey Dudes clearance shoes supposed to ship from Texas. The confirmation and tracking numbers shows ships from China. When I reached out via email., They show delivered at my location, with a signature . However they would not provide the signature nor the GPS location of the delivery. After a second email they offered a 30% refund. When I pushed back they admit the package was lost and would offer a 70% refund. No refund as of yet, 2 weeks later.

Selling Hey Dude shoes. I bought 2 pairs. They won’t respond to my emails.

When I click on the tracking it says the store is closed but looks like they started another website.

Facebook ad appeared to be for Hey Dude shoes, website and products were all branded to look like Hey Dude. No evidence that it was not legit until confirmation email and only contact information was "[email protected]". Tracking info did not go anywhere and link back to store does not work.
