Website says products are fully refundable without specific details. I purchased a dress and was surprised by the many differences between what the ordered versus what was received. Not only was the quality of the material terrible, but there were plenty of differences in the design itself. It was clearly a cheap knockoff of what was being advertised. I reached out to the company to seek a refund and would only offer up to 30% initially. Later, I was able to talk them up to 70%. I believe I should have received a full refund for the product considering it was not what I ordered.

I ordered a dress from this website and the wrong item was sent. When I contacted them to return it they told me to return Internationally to

China. Since I wasn't going to pay for that return and of course they wouldn't either they told me to destroy the dress. I destroyed it and then I was supposed to receive the refund. For months and months we kept emailing back and forth to return the funds. They were never returned and then they stopped responding to my emails. These people are liars and very unreliable.

Scammer retail website that ships wrong items with no way of returning or reconciling the order. Cannot reach them, they are in China but use a Florida address on their website.
