This is an outfit of some tech savvy Asians who have the tools to remove some viruses and trojan horses as do normal security companies, but then try to charge outrageous sums of money that no large legitimate company would ever try to do and scare and convince suckers like me to actually pay them. Like other companies running scams they have a behind the scenes 'supervisor' they 'plead' your case to reduce the amount they want you to pay, but it is still huge. They have all of the other usual tricks outfits like this use to convince you they are legitimate. This morning I will contact the F.B.I. to try to find out why companies like this are allowed to exist.

Opened email then immediately hard porn popped up , couldn’t get it off. Then received call from this company offering to help remove viruses on my computer, they installed application called WatchGuard and then demanded $3000. I paid that because I was scared. Then it happened again 4-6 months later they demanded $10,000 be paid. They keep calling me and harassing me for money. I signed no contract or agreement.
