I called this number on the paperwork HP printer support. A man answered and identified himself as a technical named Honey Martin. So I proceeded to tell him what was going on with my "printer" and he got attitude telling me that he needed my ip address for my printer so i gave it to him which he asked what kind of computer i had and that he needed to take over my computee to get into the info to see what the problem may be and without me having any access to it he deleted all my personal info saying that a hacker got into it and pictures when i told him i didn't want my pictures deleted he told me he wasnt just watch and muted the phone call, then after deleting my pictures he hung up on me. I still couldnt do anything with my computer then it shut down and asks for a password to even enter it to start it up. I called back and he hung up on me which then ended in a family member calling and they told her they would connect her to a supervisor and then hung up on her. We called back some more and a man named Alex answered telling us he would transfer us and would only transfer us to the honey guy.
