I bought a dog nail trimming tool for 35.95 online with heusome and when I got it I changed it but it didn't work. They keeped telling me to send a video through email but my phone won't let me do that so I told them that and then they gave me the address to send it back so they can give me a full refund including the money to ship it back. It cost me 25 dollars to ship it back to them. It has to go all the way from the USA in Tulsa Oklahoma all the way to Australia. They asked me to send them a picture of the receipt for the shipping back and I did that. There is a pending refund showing on my card for the product but not for the shipping. When I emailed them to let them know that it is pending refund for the product but not the shipping they said that because I refused to send them a video then they won't pay me back for the shipping. On the website it says that the return policy is 60 days return guarantee no Question asking. It didn't exclude the shipping back. I want the money I paid for the shipping back too not just the product

I bought a dog nail grinder. It did not work on my dogs nails. Website claimed 60 day money back guarantee. I emailed to start the return process and have better getting "tips and tricks" in emails back. They're also claiming they "rarely get returns and you are the first one this week."

Also my package it came in cuts off the first number of their address but it is _215 south Boyle avenue "buiding2"
