I was told to purchase an American gold pre paid card of 250$ for a rental car. They would reimburse 200$ after car rental is returned with free mileage and they would delivery the vehicle at 1:30 pm. His name was Phillip ******. He also continued to called me at least 3 times to ask if I had purchased the pre paid card. He also gave me a confirmation number of ************. He gave me a number to text a copy of receipt and prepaid card front and back of card. He had an accent. The second time I called to ask if it was a scam a female answered with an accent and said budget car rentals . The accent seemed ****** ***** . The website stated cheap rentals . Phillip ****** insisted he worked with Hertz car rental. He also accepted google prepaid or an eBay prepaid card. He was actually on the phone with me at Walmart guiding me through the card purchase.
