I found the product on Pinterest on April 18, 2023. Ordered a tent, received a confirmation from villou that my order was being processed. On 4/28, I received an email from a company Herryas (tent company), asking how I liked my purchase. I replied that I was still awaiting its arrival. I then sent a message to villou asking the status of my order. I did get a reply with a number assigned to me. I was hoping it was a tracking tracking number but the number was useless. Asked what the number was for and how could I track my package and they would respond with yet another number. I requested information several times with villou and Herryas, even mentioning I felt I may have been scammed. Today I attempted to send one last request to [email protected] as this is the only address I have. My email address has been blocked.
