Herohavencardkingdom is a faux company that was promoted to me by google for an exceptional price on a pokemon product. The only payment method they allow is affirm, affirm dispute a merchant process has been unfathomably difficult with little to zero response from their support team. This scammer will provide a shipping number and then never send the item, I have talked to about 25 different people that were actively following the scammer on instagram, each person scammed and item never received. This person has 8000 followers on instagram to make it look like he has a legitimate following. But if you look a little closer, scroll down a few times and you see 99.9% of his followers are fake, and the actual people following him are being scammed. This made it easy to find and communicate with all the individuals, there is insurmountable evidence this website is using a fake address. There is a business called hero haven kingdom games that closed in 2022, this real legitimate business openly states on their facebook that this site is an open scam that will not send you anything. I have evidence he has been deleting comments repeatedly from his instagram that call him out on his scamming. He has not responded to the 10+ messages ive sent him over email, instagram, and phone. Affirm has been insanely negligent throughout this entire process, it feels as though they are adamantly defending this site and not taking the required recourse in a situation like this. New people are being scammed every day through this site and nothing can be done as I have no online presence. Emails are not enough. Affirm has been maliciously compliant with the scammers and has been negligible to the amount of fraud coming from herohavencardkingdom.
