Jose Hernandez, Kasey Hernandez, and Juan Hernandez are notorious for scamming customers out of money. They operate Hernandez Painting and Hernandez Drywalling. I hired them to paint my kitchen cabinets several weeks ago. Upon coming to my house and removing the cabinet doors and taking them with him, I didn't hear from Jose for several days. He lied on several occasions and told me he'd either call me or be back to the house to finish the job. Neither of those ever happened. Every attempt I made to contact them via phone was unsuccessful. The telephone numbers listed for them were no longer valid. They, Jose and his wife Kasey, would only contact me through Facebook Messenger. After 2 weeks, PayPal released the funds to the Hernandez, and on that same day, I get a message stating my cabinets had been stolen from their home. Kasey Hernandez filed a police report. I obtained a copy of the report. The info in the report does not match the info provided to me by Kasey Hernandez. Over the course of the 4 weeks I've been fighting with the Hernandez over my money and my property, I learned through public records, family members, and former customers, that these individuals are criminals and should not be trusted. There are 4 others who along with myself will be filing a Civil suit against these individuals for our money and property. I have all of the messages sent to me via Facebook Messenger showing the inconsistencies and lies told by these people. I now, am out of $400 and my kitchen cabinet doors.
