I was looking for a Yorkie and I stumbled across their website. Their website states "Our breeding facility needs urgent upgrades and we are also expecting 30 puppies in 2 weeks so we want to auction these last few puppies as soon as possible" They lowered their price to move them fast to $500 each. Their website also states that they are a reputable breeder and to please help stomp our scams by reporting as well as things to look for, etc. They were in constant contact with me in the beginning and kept me in the loop. I was told the puppy I purchased would be on a plane the next morning at 9 am and they would send a followup email with everything I need to pick her up at the airport. Well....that time came and went. I've called...emailed...sent text messages as well as contacting them on their website. They have not contacted me back nor have they returned any of my text messages. They have gone silent on me and they puppy I supposedly purchased is still showing available on their website

(Via BBB Public Line) Consumer initiated contact via website when looking for a dog online -- says this site showed up toward top of Google search results. Began communicating back and forth with "seller" via e-mail; says seller would not speak by phone. Consumer became suspicious due to improbably low price of puppy, contacted BBB of Minnesota and North Dakota. (Seller claims to be located on Summit Ave in St Paul, MN.) Quick research while on phone with BBB revealed some 'red flags' -- e.g., URL just registered in past several weeks, language / photos seemingly 'borrowed' from other puppy sites, no MN SOS registration, etc. Caller indicated he was not comfortable moving forward with this "seller"; said he'd look elsewhere.
