Graduating senior in college that needs a cap and gown to walk the stage. We order $200 package from Herff Jones. They send the wrong package. They said they will resend a new one and will be there in 10 days. It’s been 30 and I walk the stage next week. Phone is disconnected when I call. No customer service email replies.

Overall just a lying company that sent us the wrong package and hasn’t given any indication for refund or help. Now I can’t walk the stage at graduation.
