I purchased herbal medicine to treat my burning mouth syndrome on January 15th of this year using my bank debit card. I used cash app to pay her using Milferd Jury to send the money to her. I contacted her after a week asking her what happened to my herbal medicine. She gave me the courier's website. I put in the tracking number and found out that my herbal medicine was in Mexico being held by customs. The courier's name is Un-worldcouriers.com. The tracking number is AGA-67736-UN. I emailed them and they got back to me saying I need to pay them another $375.00 to send my herbal medicine to me. I contacted Herbalist Rosalee and told her I can not afford another $375.00 and I want my money back. She told me she can not afford my $319.00 back because I paid for the herbs and they are in Mexico right now. She suggested she will help pay half of the $375.00 and I pay the other half, but I didn't respond back to her because I already told her where I stand and I just want my money back now.
