I made the purchase of four boots from Hera Gorgeous. I paid for expedited shipping. The products arrived this week January 15, 2023 (Two months late). I asked them to stop the shipping once I realized they would not arrive on time for Christmas. They refused and said it was impossible. Once they arrived I wore one pair to figure out they are complete junk and were nothing as advertised. In good faith I did not ask to send that pair back since I wore them, I did ask for a refund on the other three. Their policy said refund was guaranteed . I have went back and forth on email more than 15 times. They are asking silly questions and refuse to send me information on how to return these items. I have sent photos of each item with the tags and packaging still in place. I have all the emails as proof. Do not purchase from this company!! I have attached a photo of the three items unopened in which I am asking for a refund.
