This business claimed to have shipped a dog crate twice, providing me two tracking information IDs that claimed to have been delivered (security camera caught no such delivery and the USPS confirmed that the mailing address in their tracking info did not match the address I provided upon ordering). After notifying the seller, I requested a refund for $78.40 which the seller promised to provide in "12-24 hours." The money never arrived and I am in the process of attempting to secure a refund through PayPal. the email address of the seller is [email protected] and goes by the name Betty. I am attaching a copy of the correspondence.
