I wanted to surprise my wife with a nice pair of purple shoes for her birthday…I sent the $155 via Chime (email) they gave me confirmation that my purchase was final then they went on to say just pay another $55 for shipping (which caused red flags!) I told them I’m not paying [censored]! Most stores in the world have shipping charges added to the order, not after the fact! So I asked for a refund a million times and nothing! They even gave me a subtle threat…
