Victim received a call from a Mr. Henry Gates who stated he was a lawyer representing the victim's grandson. The victim was told that her grandson had just been in a car accident but he needed a lawyer since his blood alcohol level was .09 and he was going to be arrested. Mr. Gates requested that the victim send him $5,00 immediately to cover her grandson's legal fees. The victim went to the local Food Lion grocery store and wired Mr. Gates the $5,000. The next day, Mr. Gates called back requesting an additional $2,500 in order to insure that the victim's grandson's court record would be sealed so that he wouldn't lose his job. The

victim was told by Food Lion that she would not be able to wire any more money

since it was over the allowable limit so the the victim went to FedEx and mailed $2,500 cash to Mr. Gates in New Jersey.

Called -- said they were my oldest grandchild. Needed $1900 to bail me out of jail.

Had "lawyer' call back. "Henry Gates" - wanted me to go to WalMart and wire $1900 to Boston
