I had the same experience with this website—paid $350 toward the $700 charge for “Theo.” I pursued it to the point of speaking with the seller, who asked for more $ for shipping, and that’s where I realized I’d been scammed. I did report it online to several investigative agencies but have heard nothing after more than a year.

There is a website HenryCavalisciousfarm.com, that is selling Cavapoo puppies. I used the contact us form to inquire about a specific puppy, Theo, for $700. Subsequently the person I perceived to be an employee of this organization reached out to me via my cell number. The cell number used to contact me is 406-221-2318. He asked for a $350.00 deposit to be paid on Venmo, which I did on 5/24/21 to Rod Jeremy @track_star (previously Troy MacDonald) before emailing me a transfer of ownership certificate. Additionally, I received a pick up address in Billings Montana which I drove to, to pick up the puppy on Sunday May 30th. Once I arrived, it was the wrong address and the seller did not respond to my texts. This website is still active and still trying to scam people with the same puppy they tried scammed me with.

Did this get cleared up? I was getting ready to transfer them money for a puppy we have fallen in love with, but I received a fraud alert on the number to transfer the funds. That got me to your complaint.
