Ordered a Cocinaware cast iron texas pan. Never received it. Payed with PayPal but they would not believe me. Closed my case in favor of Henla Store. Very upset. Lost $38.50
Henlastore [Henla] appears to be a scam. I ordered coffee and paid with a Visa credit card. I did not receive an acknowledgement, and never received the coffee. My card was debited the amount of the purchase, paid to "PayPal", but I did not use PayPal to pay.
I'm writing off the loss to experience, but some law enforcement agency should be looking into these people.
if you go to henlastore.com now, you are redirected to nolanstore.com, which appears to sell a similarly huge range of products.

On 8/16/21, I was looking online to purchase a waffle maker and this site, henlastore.com came up as a company that sold them. I placed an order for one. The cost was $69.97 (free shipping) which I paid for with my Discover debit card. Their website came back with an order placed notice and gave me an order number but what drew my attention to the notice was that it said my payment method was PayPal which I know specifically I had not used. The notice also advised that I would receive a confirmation email notification within 24 hours about the order and tracking information for shipping and to check my spam mail just in case it didn't come in my main email box. By two days later, I had not received an email so I sent an email to the address that came up after clicking on the 'contact us' link that was in the notice from the website advising them that I had not received a confirmation email about my order and I requested verification of my payment since I knew I had not used PayPal. On 8/18/21 I receive a notice from my Google account support advising me that the email I was attempting to send to this email address this company gave could not be delivered. I then went to my Discover card account to see that the $69.97 had been taken out of my account and the payee was to PayPal, not Henla Store. I called PayPal and they have no record of such a transaction (and rightfully so because I used my Discover card). I also called Discover to dispute the transaction. I've added a copy of the information I received when I first placed the order.

They have a website online claiming to have a online store with products but they never ship them out to you. They sent me a tracking # from FedEx and when I tracked my order it showed delivered but I never received it. If you look at the FedEx proof of delivery report it does not have my name or address on it and no zip code. So how could it possibly be delivered to me? After doing a Google search on them I was quickly able to see how many others have had the same problem.
