Hender X Capital (Scott Henderson) issued a term sheet for a loan and required a $50k fee which was supposed to be used for legal, travel, reports, etc... The company did absolutely nothing except give me the runaround for several months costing my business precious time and about a million in losses. They returned only $15k and made up some story why they were keeping the balance. I don't believe they ever intended to actually make the loan. When I realized it was a scam, I demanded my money be returned. I want to make sure the public knows this whole operation is a scam and to steer clear.
