I was targeted on Instagram with an ad for the website Hemwave.com. I placed an order December 18th. After almost two months of not receiving my order, I requested a refund. They told me they'd process a refund, but it has now been over two weeks and I have not received a refund. They have now ignored my last three emails. After not receiving a response, I found their page on Facebook and saw that multiple other people have left reviews noting that this is a scam. The page is still live and scamming customers as of today.
