Called my number looking for my mother from "Hemmingway and Associates" in regards to a discover card. My mother called and they got really angry stating they are pursuing legal action that they would be at her residence between 3-4 pm to serve papers (in which noone showed) and she could end up with jail time if she didn't pay. When she caught on to the scam they got frustrated and hung up. I attempted to call with the same results. The voicemail also says they are with state of Virginia. From what the "paralegal" says is the voicemail was left by a third party that handles outgoing calls. The number to directly come in contact with them is 1-855-617-5693
