Delivery drivers are thieves. They will not reply to an open support ticket for a package that was marked delivered on 2/29. I also have video footage from my building manager showing the delivery driver taking photos of where package was left then she comes back minutes later and takes the package.

Speedx is a shipping company with shein both are terrible speedy x is stealing packages they are delivering to wrong homes taking pictures as if they delivered and it’s not the home or correct addres I place two orders with shein huge orders and they delivered both packages same day minutes from each other to two different homes neither being my home shein won’t replace my money speedy x won’t respond speedy x has so many reviews for stealing and I’m not understanding why they keep using them if you are going to continue to use them u need to refund people money when they steal packages speedy x won’t respond shein won’t give my money back and as a consumer that is terrible business from both companies something needs to be done from now on I will be going back to amazon because I can’t risk the fact of ordering and speedy x gets my order fedex usps dhl and ups always deliver and packages never come up missing this carriers there is always a issue and the consumer is the one that pays this carrier needs to be sued and investigated for stealing

Shein shipped their package through SpeedX who is apparently known for stealing packages. their website doesn't offer any information, there is no way to call them (they say to text but texts are unresponsive) and they have multiple online complaints. They stole my package (I'm checking my security cameras for proof currently)
