They locked up my computer and took over my cursor also, saying that hackers were doing it. I paid 799.00 for fix and firewall, which they wanted to charge more when I was switch over to the technician. I hate people who prey on people especially when you are doing work on ones computer and all of a sudden you you're locked out. I want my money back if possible.

My computer locked up and it said call Microsoft so I did. They unlocked it and offered me protection and said I had all kinds of malware and virus on my computer. Then sold me a five year virus protection. For 499.99.

I later got suspicious.

They took over my computer and curser.
