I use to work for this company as the HR Director and Business Operations Manager - I was relieved of my duties there for false alleged crimes. Which i did not commit! The real reason is that the CEO, has been sexually harassing his employees for years. I was not a victim of the sexual harassment but the victim of the hostile work environment, the corrupt and illegal actions. these things I was not willing to agree to do. I was let go for blowing the whistle on the company and CEO himself.Example he slave works his caretakers 24/7 and then forgets to pay them overtime or he asked them if he can edit their hours so he doesnt have to pay overtime or double overtime. He does not allow breaks or lunches to any employees, and he used the PPP loan for personal use. Not to mention the sexual harassment and sleeping with employees for favors. Personally - I have not received my last pay check, I just found out that the IRA deductions employee contributions were not placed in to my account, I have 17 pay stubs showing the deductions and only 5 of the contibutions were made. Never did he match it like he said he would. He was underpaying me via salary by 20k and was not paid to work overtime, holidays or able to take sick time off. he He verbally and physically was violated me. During covid I was the only one who was made madatory to be in the office even when i had covid in my house. The owner and CEO Rick Olds is a manipulator a preditor and a heartless piece of work I would think first before calling them to have your loved one taken care of by his company hire the caregivers outside of his business -----they are amazing and great also terrified of losing there jobs is they dont follow his orders. Horrible
