This guy "Anthony Pshad" said he could push my eviction til the 1st week of November. I paid him $750. Never received any paperwork from him and as of this week I'm evicted. I had to plead with the landlord to give me 2 weeks but my new place is not yet ready to move in. So now I'm homeless for 3 months and this guy won't return my calls.

I found the scammer online. I needed help to stop my business from getting evicted. I went to Bank of America as Anthony Pshad instructed me to and transferred my payment to TIMENOW LLC to get the stop eviction process started. I completed and signed the contract that was emailed and transferred $750. I was told that I needed to send $486 a few weeks later, which I did. Anthony Pshad at Helpeviction.com let me know that I was granted 90 days and would not have to vacate until July 10, 2023. When I went to open my business yesterday (4/27/23) the Sheriff's Department had changed the locks and there were eviction notices on the door and windows. I contacted Anthony Pshad to let him what had happened and was told that s*** happens and they would have to file emergency paperwork and which would cost me $810. I refused to pay the $810 and told him that I wanted my money refunded as stated in the contract and on the website. He responded and told me that he had closed my account. That's the last that I have heard from Helpeviction.com. I have contacted an attorney and opened a fraud case against helpeviction.com.
