I had a non payment of an auto payment, so I was attempting to find customer service for Affirm. I googled Affirm a list came up of affirm websites one of them said contact customer service. When I clicked on this it asked about what I needed I messaged back, the whole time I think I am on with Affirm I'm trying to notify them that I would make my payment on Thursday,then it showed I needed to update my debit card affirm gets their payment off this debit card that is another reason I thought I was talking to affirm, I had just moved and hadn't updated my zip code and that is what I did then they took they're payment of 49.00 dollars and it cost me a 35.00 overdraft fee.
