I placed a order for multiple fireplace screens and tiffany style lamps. Totaling $604.53. I tried 8 times to send email inquiring about my order. I waited and waited. Nothing. I decided to open a claim with my bank. It was paid through PayPal. But because I opened a claim with my bank PayPal won't honor their protection.

HelnaStore.com is absolutely a scam site. I ordered a coffee grinder for $224.25 and never received it. A FedEx package was delivered and signed for by "H.Huffman" and only weighed 0.5lbs when the item I ordered weighs over 10lbs.

They have closed the HelnaStore website and are not operating the same scam under the website NolannStore.com, although that now also seems to be closed.

I ordered canning lids on 8-7-21. Never received a tracking number. I emailed them on 8-9-21 and still have not had a reply. The money was taken out of your account but unable to get a reply.
