This company is not legit. It is ran by a man from another country which I was unaware of because I dealt with a woman “working from the office” who set everything up. I was quoted $990 for my move by the time the men came and saw where I was moving I was charged $1500 total. That was stressful but we made it past that. Now I have been asking for a proper receipt/invoice for the services I paid for and I still have yet to receive it. I called the office multiple times requesting a receipt the business then blocked my number. I finally was able to get the owner on his personal phone and he brushed me off and laughed and basically told me there’s nothing he’s going to do about giving me a receipt. I feel so violated and embarrassed that I allowed this company get me out of over $1000 and I can’t even get proper customer service and get proper documentation.
