I received an email on February 1st saying that a won a prize of 25K because of Sephora (I payed for that, with my Sephora points) and there were some papers I needed to send with all my information (important information) I did all that. They confirmed they received all my information and it said no mora than 8-10 weeks, now it’s been more 20 weeks and they stop replying to my emails and still I haven’t received anything.
