This is my first time ordering the VIb07 4D vibration plate 2.0 and I have not received my merchandise since November the 9th 2024 now it is February the 6th of 2025 I tried to email them I did not get a respond back

I purchased through SHOPIFY a machine product for weight loss. I got a notification that it was delivered. I was told by VIB07 that the address was correct. I never received the product and was told to contact FEDEX; once I did, FEDEX told me that was not the address they were given. A quick response from VIB07, as if they knew this would be the case, said, " As we thoroughly checked your order status, it appears that your order has been wrongly delivered to a different address. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the incorrect delivery address associated with your recent order. We fully understand how frustrating this situation must be, and we truly did not expect this to occur. Please rest assured that we are actively investigating the matter to understand what went wrong and to ensure it doesn't happen again. We will keep you informed with any updates as we work to resolve the issue. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time. If you have any immediate concerns or questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us. " As weeks go by with no response, I tried to contact them again, and now the email is magically no longer in existence and they have deleted all contacts. I have lost $200 and cannot file a complaint against this company.
