Purchase was made from advertising viewed from Facebook on March 19/23. Item purchased for USD $39.94 (CDN $56.40). Item received, however I noticed the company continued to apply a monthly charge for April/May/June for USD $18.33, plus an additional charge of USD $18.38 for March/23. I did not approve or knowingly apply for a membership, with a monthly charge. There was no written print informing me of this on the order confirmation. I have corresponded with the company via email on 3 different occasions and I continue to receive an automated response informing me of my membership. I have requested a reimbursement in the amount of USD $73.37 and requested cancellation of the membership.

I purchased a product using my credit card and the company continued to charge me $18.33 every month for 4 months. I contacted them and they said I had signed up for a membership when I purchased the product. On the receipt there was nothing about a continued charge or a membership fee. I asked them to stop charging me but they continued until I got my credit card company involved
