I placed an order on Sep, 9. It was essential oil frankincense.  I recieved my product and it was a very cheap oil, it did nothing to help me.  I texted them for a refund and they said they were sorry it did not work for me and they would refund my money of $146.94 but I would have to pay for shipping. I asked for refund several times and they said I needed to send pictures of the product I did this and again they wanted pictures I sent them again. No answer so I texted them and asked if they got the pictures. No answer , I told them I was going to turn them in to PayPal and ScamPulse.com ,no answer. I contacted PayPal and filed a refund complaint. I was buying my oil through Vitaliy which is good oil but this was cheaper so I wanted to give it a try.
