I received an email asking me to review their terms and agreement by clicking on a link. And it further states “If you do not agree to the updated Terms and Conditions, you may close your account with Hers and cease using our services. In that case, you will continue to be bound by the previous Terms and Conditions. If you do not close your account with Hers, the continued use of your account beginning on April 4, 2025, constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions, including the agreement to arbitrate therein.
