I'm almost 60 years old, work but struggling and decided to TRY out this company because they advertised 16 free meals with first order.

Well, by the time I placed my order with them...I got a notice the time had expired for the 16 meals but I could get 6x2 meals for, which for me would of been 12, for 54.00.

So, I got it. AFTER I paid for the product I found out that they had signed me up for a WEEKLY order!!!!

I just wanted to try their product. NOW THE TOOK AN ADDITIONAL 64.00 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!!!!

There is no phone number I can find in order to contact them or cancel this order.

This is CLASSIC BATE AND SWITCH!!!!!

I have a coupon that says 17 Free Meals. So, I went online and created an account. When I saw that they were going to choose the free meals I got out of the site because I don't want to pay for anything that someone else chooses. The next day in my email is an order. I called Hello Fresh and they said the minute I created my account and entered my credit card they charged me. I never hit submit. I stopped in the middle of ordering. This is a scam, trickery fraud! I never submitted or agreed to any order.

Just because someone creates an account doesn't mean that company can automatically send you charge you for meals that you never even got to choose.

A relative purchased a "gift card" for Hello Fresh from Target and gave it to me. I cannot redeem the gift card unless I pay Hello Fresh more money.
