DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Their website looks completely legitimate, and up until the point when you get an official confirmation of your order and even a tracking number, you think everything is golden.

Fast-forward two days, when I should have received my package. I received a sketchy email from the delivery company, United Drop (another complaint will be filed against them), requesting insurance payment in order to release my package. They gave me the runaround of paying through Venmo (didn't work), Bitcoin (nope), and finally, PayPal.

They happily accepted my payment and proceeded to stop contacting me in any way. They do not answer their phone number, nor do they answer their online assistance service, which they claim is 24/7.

I REPEAT: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM. THEY MAKE CLAIMS TO ASSIST PEOPLE WITH GETTING PRODUCTS ANYWHERE IN THE COUNTRY, BUT THEY ARE SKETCHY LIARS AND SCAM ARTISTS.

I made a purchase, and paid threw bitcoin, then they sent me a tracking with ended up saying it was helped until I could pay for the insurance, which was a 180, now no one answers at either place email or anything, it’s a shame especially what’s going on in America right now with the virus. I wished someone would prosecute these people.

I paid and payment was confirmed and then they told me to lie to pay pal and tell them I was hacked and to send payment again. Pretty sure it's a scam. They we're very helpful until they received payment.
